• Maximum of 2 bags/bins per drop-off. All hangers will be discarded.

• Items must be clean, new, or like new—no holes, stains, or damage. Any items not meeting these standards will be donated.

• All consigned items are subject to markdowns and in-store promotions.

• Armadio determines pricing based on label, condition, and demand. Revisions of the asking price may be made at Armadio's discretion.

• Accepted items will remain in-store for 3 months. *Unless otherwise agreed upon at the discretion of the Armadio Crew.

• Consignors receive 40% of the final selling price.

• All unsold items remaining after the 3 month period will be donated to a charity of our choosing. *Exceptions include furs, luxury items (priced over $500), and western wear, which will be stored until the next season and re-ticketed.

• Items unfit for charitable donation (due to wear damage or stains) we reserve the right to repurposed or recycled these items into reusable bags.

• You may request a payout by e-mail when your account balance reaches $50.00. ALL REQUESTS MUST BE IN WRITING. Balances under $50.00 are subject to a $2 under limit fee. Payouts are sent by e-transfer. Cheque requests are subject to a $2 fee.

• Balances not collected within 6 months will be available as in-store credit only. After 12 months of inactivity, balances will be donated to a charity of our choice.

Any balance not collected after 6 months will only be available as in-store credit. At the end of 12 months, inactive account balances will go to the charity of our choosing. 

• Consigner attests to the authenticity of all consigned items and has not knowingly requested the sale of counterfeit goods. Any designer item with a value of over $300 is subject to a professional authentication. The fee is $75 and if the item is sold or returned to the consignor the certificate will be included. Items deemed to be counterfeit will be destroyed and a $50.00 penalty will be charged to the account. Furthermore, consignor attests that they have legal title to and is in legal possession of all items that are being consigned at Armadio. 

• Armadio is not responsible for theft or damage of consigned items.
