Shipping policy

Orders should be shipped within 1-3 days after purchase. 

Choosing LOCAL pick-up: orders should be ready same day, an notification will be sent.

Choosing LOCAL delivery: items will be delivered within a week with availability of drivers. A bag of non perishable food donations is required for local drop off. Within Calgary ONLY.

International shipments (outside of Canada) may be subject to customs processing, which can add to delivery times. Customers are responsible for any duties, import taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery. If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties or taxes, any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
